A seller sold me a laptop with a broken screen but did not post, eBay would not let the seller withdraw the sale. So I waited a week to report the sale as not arrived to apply for a refund, twelve days later my refund came.
Buyers on eBay encounter this once in a while, but the conversation with this seller was unhinged; I've reported his messages as suicidal to eBay although I doubt they'll take his treats seriously.
